Hey Everyone! hope you are having a lovely weekend! This weekend is a quiet one for me spending some quality time with family and having some down time… I have been doing some thinking about my next blog post it came to my mind when you feel stuck in rut or your mind is running a million miles an hour and all your thinking is negative thoughts or even just having a bad day, I have put together 10 reminders that will change your perception on your current situation.

1.

Sometimes we create the worst thoughts in our head and the outcome is far worse than what it is in reality we let our minds run away with ourselves, anyway here is a little reminder that almost everything we worry about is created in our heads.

Our mind’s have control over our whole body so what we think about or create in our thoughts usually we think its real but at the end of the day overthinking is the biggest cause of unhappiness.

When you feel that you have pretend to be okay in life just because you don’t want to show that you are not made out of stone and we are human beings that do have emotions, so think about when you are upset or sad over a certain situation that healing takes time you never need to pretend to be okay when you are hurting.

If you feel like that all the love and support you have given in the past has been taken advantage of and been taking for granted well don’t worry because someday all the love you have given away will find it’s way back to you and stay.

Sometimes we get caught up in other people’s lives and situations we forget about our self and neglect how we are feeling in process so its important to look after number one as you are important too.

When life gets you down and you feel that you are stuck in a current situation whether you are thinking that you wont get the career you want or you don’t have a job or simply just not happy in general well just remember your present situation is not your destination.

If you are surrounded around negativity all the time its very hard to think outside the box of positivity so when you get rid of the negativity in your life beautiful things will start to happen.

Stop sitting in your head going over things you have no control over, life is too short to worry about stupid things have fun and regret nothing.

It is important to be grateful for you have in your life even it is the little things, sometimes we take things for granted and not even realize it so be thankful because it could be worse.

There will be hard times in life not everything is roses in the garden but as they say “When life throws you lemons, make some lemonade” always believe you are stronger than you think simply by surviving.
