Hey Everyone! Happy Monday, Hope you all had a great weekend. Over the weekend I had some time to think on my life and what I am thankful for so I wanted to write up a blog post about it and share it with you guys, sometimes we don’t know what we are thankful or grateful for but its the simplest of things it can be so I will explain it a bit more in detail maybe it will give you time to reflect for yourselves.
Having your health is the number one thing to be thankful for if you don’t have your health you don’t have nothing that is what I believe how can you be happy and enjoy life if you are not healthy on the inside & out. As long as my family and my loved ones around me are happy and healthy that is all that matters to me. It is important that we all look after our mental & physical health as they are both of equal importance.
I think for the first time in a long time now I have finally found myself and where I would like my life to lead, not many people know what they would like or want to achieve, I have been through ups and down’s to get where I am today and I keep pushing towards my goals because its who I am and for those tough times they have made me stronger as a person. Life is a journey and you never know where it may lead but if you can take small steps that you feel is right at that time & work towards your goals.
I believe having freedom to be the person I want to be or living the life I choose is the best feeling, everyone needs to be heard in life and voice their own opinion we are all human beings and regardless of what other people think or say we are all important and loved , each and every one of us has the freedom to speak as long as its not harming others.
We all need to be happy in whatever we do, I feel that happiness to key to live and enjoy the life you live, I worked through a lot of emotions to feel that sensation of happiness again, when I see that my family are happy it is no better feeling and it is important to remember and capture all the happy moments in life I always say ” Laughter is the best medicine anyone can have ” when I feel down I try to pick myself up by watching a comedy film or catch up on my favorite show Friends which I think a lot of us can relate to on that one its one of the best TV shows always makes me laugh.
I think love is one of the greatest feelings to have whether its family or a partner, we all need to feel loved, I have been with my partner nearly 2 years now but I have been friends with him for 7 years so I know him a long time, he always knows how to make me smile even when I am down, he is my best friend and truly understands me which I am grateful for to have in my life, he is always there for me when I need a shoulder to cry on or a big hug.
