Hi lovelies, hope you are all so well! I know I am on a roll here this week with blog posts but that is because I have had a little bit of time to do them as I am off college sick unfortunately. I have been using Garnier Micellar water for over a year now ( the blue bottle ) and I love it but with this specific one which is a new version with argan oil which launched not long ago on the market I had to purchase. I have tried the other one and I loved it I would mostly use the normal to combination micellar water but in the last while my skin is quite sensitised due to stress and hormones so I wanted to switch up the Micellar water to the oil infused cleansing water as it is designed for dry to sensitive skin. First of all I want to tell you what caught my eye about this particular product, the fact that it is the first Garnier oil infused cleansing water that intrigued me as I was curious to see what it be like on the skin, that it removes waterproof makeup was another added bonus, very good value for money and just the over all look of the product as you can see the oil at the top of the bottle which I think was quite unique and different and at the time wondered how I would get use out of the oil in water.
Moving on I purchased the product in Boots Pharmacy which are nationwide so I am pretty sure you could pick one up. If you are a girl that likes to remove your makeup ( waterproof ) efficiently like me but yet it is gently cleansing, nourishing, removing impurities and no rinsing then this you will need along with your skincare products, It removes all types of makeup as the oils infused gently breaks down and dissolves as you remove your makeup with a cotton pad.
I adore this product as for its subtle floral fragrance & it is literally my go makeup remover at the moment I find it literally does everything from removing my waterproof mascara to my Inglot gel eyeliner which you know if you are an Inglot lover like myself the gel eyeliner will not budge and can be quite hard to remove but with this product it removes so easily and I also realized that when I am using this product is to shake the bottle well to combine both micellar water with the oil and yes I did try just use it without shaking prior and felt it was not working lol but now I know which is why I am telling you so you don’t make the same mistake I did haha. This product also claims that you can get up to 200 uses which is pretty good for a high street beauty buy.
Let me know your thoughts on Micellar water? Do you like it?
