How To Soothe Tired Aching Muscles With Epsom Salts

Hi Everyone! It’s no news to all of you by now that I am doing health & fitness as part of my blog & sometimes when you lack a few days or fall off the band wagon you want to get back into the swing of things but I do get sore & tired muscles the next day after working out so I don’t feel like doing a whole lot but just to have a lovely hot Jacuzzi bath with some Epsom salts in it chemically known as Magnesium Sulfate.

I love to pamper myself and no better way to unwind than relax my muscles than to have hot bath with Epsom salts, the reason why I use these salts is because they absorb in through the skin to relieve muscle tension, aches & pains. Putting Epsom salts into the bath also helps to alleviate any pain, tension headache or even cramping. I find having a hot bath with Epsom salts is quite therapeutic as well of benefiting and nourishing the skin .

I never did think that just having a relaxing bath could do so much for my body, so I love taking the time to recharge and energize my muscles again while I get to chill out and also help to improve my blood circulation as the magnesium sulfate helps the body to improve your overall daily energy levels. You can also use Epsom salts as an exfoliate for your skin just massage handful of salts onto wet skin in circular motions and then rinse and if you want to use it on your face well just mix a small amount of salts with your facial cleanser and massage into the skin then rinse with your facial sponges and cold water.
