Steps To Living Well

Hi Everyone,

I am back today with a new post on a few steps on how to live well which i think is so important! As you know I do Suffer with Anxiety which sometimes is not a bad thing but it can get bad from time to time, so in order for me to De-stress and to get thoughts in order I would give myself 20minutes in the day to listen to some guided Meditation & Mindfulness so if I have any stresses I can put them to bed. If you cant fit the Meditation in once a day that is fine but try to get in twice a week.

The next Step to living well is when I find that I am not hydrated I feel tired, sluggish, I just don’t function properly, so the first thing in the morning I do is drink a pint glass of water with some lemon slices in it this is great to have first thing as it detoxifies your body as in it ( cleanses ) your body so you feel refreshed and rejuvenated to start the day. Throughout the day I will also drink water in my sports bottle to keep myself hydrated.

As we all know that skin is the largest organ in our bodies so its important we look after it and has always been a key factor in living well. I was never really one to have a certain skin care regime, but after studying skincare in college and working alongside Dermalogica in our workshops I began to take action on my skin as I knew then I was neglecting my skincare big time, So I began to cleanse, tone & moisturise my skin daily ever since my go to skincare range I use is La Roche-Posay which I find is great for Combination skin.
